Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The key responsibilities for this role include:

Responsibility:

1. Dimensional Inspection:
• Perform detailed dimensional measurements of components and finished products using a variety of measuring tools and equipment.
• Ensure all products meet specified tolerances and customer requirements.

2. Visual Inspection:
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
• Record and report any visual defects and collaborate with the production team for corrective actions.

3. Report Generation:
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, documenting all findings, measurements, and deviations.
• Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner for review by stakeholders.

4. TC Review (Test Certificate Review):
• Review test certificates and inspection reports for compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards.
• Verify that all test results meet predefined quality criteria and customer requirements.

5. Document Filing:
• Organize and maintain all quality-related documents, including inspection reports, test certificates, and production records.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, easily accessible, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
